Title: Specialist II, Warehouse Operations Location: Queen Creek, Arizona, USA Summary: The Specialist II, Warehouse Operations supports in-house warehouse activities as well as outsourced warehouse/logistics providers and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) sites. The role assists with smooth inbound/outbound flows, inventory accuracy, and compliance with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This position contributes to operational efficiency through coordination with vendors and suppliers while upholding safety standards. Responsibilities: Inbound & Outbound Operations: Support scheduling and execution of inbound/outbound shipments, process logistics documents, and coordinate with carriers/vendors. Inventory Control: Monitor inventory status using WMS, assist with stock counts and variances, and report corrective actions to team leader. Vendor & Outsourced Operations Support: Assist in managing outsourced warehouses/logistics providers, follow up on KPI tracking, and support resolution of delivery/quality issues. Warehouse Optimization: Support implementation of layout improvements, assist in improving packing/picking efficiency, and ensure safety compliance. Team & Training: Participate in safety/SOP training, support onboarding of new staff, and collaborate with team members to achieve targets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field preferred, or equivalent experience required Experience: 3+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations or vendor management. Experience working with WMS or ERP systems preferred. Familiarity with Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations a plus. Skills: Proficient in WMS/ERP, MS Office. Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines. Communication and negotiation ability to coordinate with vendors. Safety & compliance awareness.
