Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the HMX-1/DISA Base Operations Support (BOS) team. The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of administrative duties in a sensitive and fast-paced environment requiring discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This role requires an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance and the ability to interface effectively with government, military, and contractor personnel. Duties
Perform general administrative and clerical duties including scheduling, correspondence, filing, recordkeeping, and data entry. Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel as required. Draft, review, and edit reports, memos, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Support office operations by ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring efficient workflow. Assist with tracking and monitoring action items, deliverables, and deadlines. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with government security protocols. Provide administrative support to management, staff, and visiting personnel. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and reporting requirements. Required Qualifications and Experience
Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance (mandatory). Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications
CompTIA Security+ Certification (strongly preferred). If certification is not currently held, must be able to obtain Security+ within the required timeframe. Previous administrative support experience in a military, government, or defense contracting environment. Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) protocols and procedures.
