We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers and internal teams. This role involves coordinating appointments, supporting installation technicians, and ensuring a smooth customer experience via phone and email. Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and courteous customer service via phone and email. Schedule and manage appointments for sales representatives. Communicate effectively with installation technicians to coordinate job details. Maintain accurate records and calendars using company software. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Perform general administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, CRM systems). Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude. Prior experience in customer service or administrative support preferred. Experience in construction or home improvement industries is a plus.
