Position Title: Customer Service Representative
We're seeking a detail-oriented and personable
Customer Service Representative
to provide first-level support for our heatlhcare products. In this role, you'll primarily focus on entering and tracking customer orders, responding to inquiries, and delivering a positive customer experience with every interaction.
Job Duties/Description:
Respond to inbound customer calls regarding orders, product information, and services Enter and track orders for hearing aids, accessories, and parts Make occasional outbound calls and respond to emails/chats Update CRM records and resolve order status issues Handle 70+ calls/day while maintaining quality standards Communicate out-of-stock updates and manage customer expectations Perform additional administrative tasks as needed Requirements:
Must reside in Minnesota High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of
call center customer service experience Strong verbal/written communication and listening skills Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based systems Experience with
Salesforce
, ERP, and multitasking across systems preferred Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Prior B2B or healthcare-related customer service experience a plus
