Talented Payroll Specialist Needed
The Payroll Specialist provides bi-weekly payroll services and supports various human resource functions, including Payroll, Recruiting, HRIS, and Benefits Administration. Top skills: Expertise in payroll processing, particularly using ADP. Experience with bi-weekly payroll for 100+ employees. Proficiency in MS Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables. General HR experience, including onboarding, benefits administration, and recruiting. Work environment: The position is based in a graphite and carbon manufacturing facility and requires onsite work from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k plan with a match, and tuition reimbursement after 90 days. Employees are eligible for quarterly bonuses and receive three weeks of accrued vacation per year, along with nine holidays. Job type and location: This is a 9-month contract to hire position based out of Troutdale, Oregon. Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
