Our recruiting firm is partnering with a well-established automotive client in Carlsbad who is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative. This role is central to delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced industry environment. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person visits. Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, parts, scheduling, and billing. Process customer transactions, prepare service orders, and update account records. Coordinate appointments and maintain service calendars for technicians and sales staff. Manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Provide accurate product and service information to customers. Assist with maintaining customer databases and CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests. Generate and distribute customer service reports as requested by management. Requirements High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of customer service experience (automotive industry a strong plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor. Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and tact. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
