Bilingual Medical Receptionist
Location: Phoenix, AZ Industry: Healthcare Pay: $17.50 / Hourly Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a healthcare organization to hire a Front Desk Representative. This is a contract opportunity with the potential to extend long term, offering excellent exposure in a fast-paced medical office setting. Job Description: The Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for patients in a high-volume clinic environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide professional and welcoming customer service while supporting daily administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor Manage a high volume of patient flow with accuracy and efficiency Verify insurance information and ensure records are up to date Collect copays and process payments Answer incoming calls to schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments Enter and update patient demographics and documentation into the system Assist with general office support as needed to keep operations running smoothly Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish Required! 1+ year of front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience in healthcare preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Tech-savvy with strong data entry and scheduling skills Friendly, welcoming, and able to remain calm in stressful situations Perks and Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401K Jumpstart your career in the medical field!
