Accounts Receivable Associate
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our dynamic finance team. This role offers an opportunity to engage with diverse partners and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records. You will work closely with sales representatives and customer support to ensure smooth operations and effective resolutions. Responsibilities include managing inventory discrepancies, monitoring and responding to customer emails, processing journal entries, reviewing pricing claims, and investigating and resolving freight claims. Essential skills include strong knowledge of finance and credit concepts, ability to consult with internal and external customers, strong analytical skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and effective time management skills. Additional skills and qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance and proficiency in Excel. The role offers work-from-home flexibility after training. Initially, candidates will be fully onsite during the training period, typically lasting the first two weeks. After training, you will work from home four days a week, with one onsite day. This position provides a pathway to advance within the accounting and finance department, offering a chance to join a reputable and growing business in the greater Milwaukee market. This is a contract position based out of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
