Corporate Law | Century City A highly regarded law office located in Century City is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary

to support a team of attorneys across various transactional practice areas. This position plays a key role in ensuring effective legal operations, high-quality client service, and efficient administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, format, and finalize a variety of legal documents, correspondence, and reports according to established guidelines. Manage complex calendars for multiple attorneys, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling expense reports. Facilitate client intake processes, including conflict checks and engagement documentation, in collaboration with internal departments. Accurately enter and review attorney time entries in compliance with billing protocols. Assist in the coordination and processing of client billing cycles. Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, managing phone calls, meetings (in-person and virtual), and mail handling. Maintain well-organized electronic and paper files using document management systems. Review documents for completeness and accuracy; coordinate duplication and distribution as required. Collaborate effectively with other support staff and departments to balance workload and maintain seamless service delivery. Take on additional administrative or project-based duties as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; additional training or education in legal studies is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of legal secretarial or administrative experience, ideally in a corporate or transactional law setting. Solid understanding of legal procedures, terminology, and document formats. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with legal software such as NetDocs, Adobe Pro, IntApp Time, and Emburse. Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential information with discretion. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary:

$90,000
