Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Small local business seeking an administrative assistant/receptionist with a proven background in office or administrative work to handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and perform a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks that support production and business operations. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Basic office support Internet research Answering phones using a multi-line phone system Basic bookkeeping Assist with special projects Craigslist & Ebay knowledge preferred. We sell and purchase equipment & parts on these websites. Scanning of packing slips, invoices, PO orders, checks into secure database. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism Requirements: Must have excellent organizational skills Must have excellent verbal and communication skills Must be detail oriented Must be able to interact well with customers and fellow employees Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment/systems Experience in Quickbooks Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Punctuality, reliability, and a professional demeanor are required 1 Year experience within an office environment Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle Position is part time averaging 25-28 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. Monday-Friday. No hybrid or remote setting for this position. Please no calls to the office.
