Please note: This position is located in a secured environment working within close proximity to and with individuals housed at the Chesterfield County Jail. High school diploma or GED; associate's degree in social services, mental health, psychology or related field is preferred; minimum of five years of administrative support work; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Must be able to perform varied office, secretarial, support functions. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must be able to successfully complete a polygraph examination. Pre-employment drug testing, FBI criminal background check and education/degree verification required. This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Criminal Justice's Information Security Services Policy (CJIS) and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent criminal background check. Must be a US citizen or have been a lawful resident of the US for the past ten consecutive years. This position is considered Critical Safety Sensitive and is subject to random drug and alcohol testing. The medical use of marijuana for this position is prohibited. Duties
Provide detailed administrative support to the division commanders of the Medical and Behavioral Health division's pertaining to the COMPASS Medicated Assisted Treatment Program. Serve as the primary for all grant reporting by compiling, tracking, and analyzing date related to grant activity. Assist COMPASS providers as needed in achieving the goals of the program. Coordinate with grant partners within internal and external departments to determine proper placement and follow-up services. Assist with and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Shift
Monday - Friday; 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Work Location
