High school diploma or GED and three years of customer service experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Experience operating multi-line switchboard and working in a medical environment preferred. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Skill in using personal computer applications to track, retrieve and disseminate information. Ability to communicate with a diverse internal and external customer base. Ability to multi-task and maintain high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Outlook helpful. Pre-employment drug testing, FBI criminal background check and education/degree verification required. Duties
Provides excellent customer service in person and on the phone to the Employee Medical Center, including utilizing the electronic medical records system; preparing patient charts; entering payments; assisting with coordinating and scheduling flu clinics and occupational physicals for various departments; scheduling appointments and third-party services; ordering clinic supplies. Perform other work as required. This position is a part of an approved Career Development Plan (CDP) and offers career progression opportunities and salary incentives, as funding permits, based on performance, qualifications, and experience. Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Work Location
