will support all day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations The right
HR Coordinator
will thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy working with people, and be the go-to person for HR processes and employee support Position is fully in-office in LaPorte, IN Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Job Duties of the HR Coordinator
Assist with recruiting, posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires Maintain employee records, HR files, and compliance documentation Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries Coordinate training and development programs for staff Assist with payroll coordination and HR reporting as needed Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries Qualifications for the HR Coordinator
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 2+ years of HR experience or HR support experience Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements Location:
