We're seeking a temporary Customer Operations Representative to serve as a vital liaison between our customers, sales, and operations teams. Your role will be essential in ensuring efficient order handling, clear communication, and exceptional service that reflects our brand's commitment to quality.

Hours: 8AM-4:30PM

What You'll Be Doing:

As a key member of our Customer Operations team, you'll be responsible for a variety of order management and customer support functions, including:

Accurately processing customer orders through our order management system Verifying key order details (e.g., product codes, pricing, and quantities) Managing orders received via phone, email, fax, and online portals Providing timely updates and responses to customer inquiries regarding product availability, delivery status, and more Addressing and resolving customer issues with professionalism and urgency Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse/inventory teams Updating customer contacts and procedures using internal systems (e.g., Deacom) Collaborating closely with sales on special orders, custom requests, and order clarifications Supporting shipping/logistics coordination to ensure on-time delivery
