Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Office Manager for a well-established construction and services organization based in Irvine, CA. This is a full-time, onsite position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Office Manager will serve as the central hub for in-office operations, supporting both administrative and field staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow. This role is responsible for maintaining efficient office processes, supporting financial functions in QuickBooks Online, and providing project and HR support. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, small-company environment.

Oversee general office operations including correspondence, file management, supply ordering, and fostering a positive office culture. Act as primary liaison between office and field teams, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution. Provide project support through scheduling, document preparation, and data entry for project managers. Support recruitment efforts and assist in onboarding new team members. Manage financial administration including invoices, purchase orders, AR/AP, and payment processing in QuickBooks Online. QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of administrative or office management experience; construction and HR experience preferred. Prior small-company experience (under 50 employees) desirable. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proficiency in QuickBooks Online required. Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) strongly preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This role offers a competitive annual salary of $78,000 - $85,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer contribution, paid time off, sick leave, and holidays.
