Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Customer Service Representative for our client, a respected healthcare organization. This is a full-time onsite position based in Irving, TX.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in providing excellent customer service to healthcare members. This position will handle inquiries related to insurance, benefits, claims, and account navigation with professionalism and accuracy. Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding benefits, claims, and coverage questions Assist members in navigating healthcare systems, locating providers, and understanding policies Investigate and resolve member issues while documenting interactions in the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution and customer satisfaction Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high service quality standards Contribute ideas for process improvements and support team initiatives QUALIFICATIONS:
Customer service experience in healthcare, insurance, or high-volume call center environments Familiarity with claims, eligibility, or benefit interpretation Ability to navigate portals, billing, and account access systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; accurate typing and multitasking skills Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
