What You'll Do

As a

Customer Service Representative

at OrthoAtlanta, you'll: • Answer and direct a high volume of incoming calls (80+ daily) on a multi-line switchboard • Schedule appointments and follow-ups accurately and efficiently • Enter and update patient demographics and insurance information in Epic • Create and manage patient cases and referral entries • Verify insurance eligibility and referral requirements • Work referral workqueues and index documentation in OnBase and Epic • Provide clear directions, declare calls, and guide patients as needed • Collaborate with colleagues across departments in a fast-paced environment • Deliver an exceptional patient experience with professionalism and empathy • Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Call Center Manager

What You'll Need • High school diploma or GED • 2+ years of experience in a medical office or call center (preferred) • Working knowledge of Epic (strongly preferred) • Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities • Discretion, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
