We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F& O, particularly in Supply Chain and Warehouse Management. In this role, you will drive operational improvements by configuring advanced warehouse processes, optimizing inventory control, and ensuring compliance with security regulations. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in system design, troubleshooting, and delivering user training to enhance efficiency across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities:
• Configure and manage warehouse workflows, parameters, and replenishment strategies using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F& O.
• Design inter-warehouse transfer processes, including automated shipment confirmations and in-transit management.
• Implement strategies to enable multi-site inventory visibility and optimize order fulfillment processes.
• Develop cycle counting programs and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Establish secure role structures and conduct audits to enforce role-based access control and segregation of duties.
• Configure procurement workflows, including requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor collaboration within D365.
• Create training materials and lead hands-on sessions to educate users on advanced warehouse functions and system usage.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support and validate system upgrades or integrations for continuous improvement.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and develop dashboards to track KPIs such as order accuracy and stock levels.
• Recommend and implement process automation and enhancements using best practices within Dynamics 365 F& O.• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on supply chain and warehouse management.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F& O, including advanced configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with security role structures and compliance requirements within D365.
• Proven ability to create and deliver training materials and documentation for end-users.
• Experience with process automation and system improvement using D365 best practices.
• Solid understanding of performance KPIs and dashboard development for warehouse operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
