Job Description Position Overview: The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that materials, supplies, and finished goods are properly tracked within the manufacturing facility. This role supports production efficiency, minimizes inventory discrepancies, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: · Monitor, record, and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products. · Perform regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to verify accuracy of inventory records. · Track incoming shipments, verify receipts against purchase orders, and ensure proper storage. · Issue materials to production teams as required and record transactions in the inventory system. · Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping to resolve issues. · Maintain organized and accessible storage areas, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. · Assist with physical inventories and support month-end/year-end inventory reporting. · Generate inventory reports and provide data to management for planning and decision-making. · Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment as needed (with proper certification). · Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in supply chain, logistics, or business a plus. · 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing environment. · Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/MRP preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required). · Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Physical Requirements: · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods. · Work in a

manufacturing/warehouse

environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
