We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in maintaining the firm's professional image and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management:

    • Greet clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
    • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
  • Client Interaction:

    • Schedule and confirm appointments.
    • Assist clients with inquiries and provide general information about the firm.
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Prepare, sort, and distribute documents, correspondence, and memos.
    • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
    • Coordinate conference room bookings and set up for meetings.
    • Support attorneys and staff with miscellaneous tasks and projects.
