Digital Banking Implementation Business Analyst
Location: Honolulu, HI - Hybrid (2-3 days on site)
At TEKsystems, we support our client seeking an Implementation Business Analyst to lead and support digital banking initiatives. This role manages projects across online banking, mobile banking, and digital account opening platforms, with a focus on the Q2 platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, stakeholder communication, testing, and leadership to guide a small, agile team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end digital banking projects, from requirements gathering to post-production support.
Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and plans to validate solutions.
Create and maintain documentation including business process flows and application charts.
Ensure compliance with SDLC/PLC processes and regulatory guidelines.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes.
Provide regular status updates and presentations to management and stakeholders.
Oversee transition of projects to operations and support teams.
Manage and mentor staff responsible for digital banking systems implementation.
Define team roles, set goals, and conduct performance evaluations.
Coordinate team resources and project timelines.
Facilitate team meetings and resolve issues across all staff levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of Implementation Business Analyst experience.
Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement.
Hands-on testing experience (test cases, scripts, execution).
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
PMO experience.
Experience with digital banking platforms (Q2 preferred).
Advanced requirement gathering techniques.
Experience in financial services or banking environments.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range is $35.00 - $47.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on employment specifics and may include:
