Customer Service Representative (Phone-Based)

$16.50/hour
Job Summary
A well-established organization in the health and wellness industry is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join their inbound call center team. These are full-time positions based in El Cajon, CA, with the potential to transition to remote work following successful completion of the training and onboarding period.
Responsibilities
- Handle approximately 30-50 inbound customer calls per shift
- Process and manage product orders and monthly autoship subscriptions
- Assist customers with non-sales-related inquiries regarding products
- Accurately input and update data in internal systems
- Deliver empathetic, professional service to a primarily senior customer base
- 2+ years of customer service experience (any industry)
- Comfortable handling high-volume phone-based interactions
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to learn proprietary platforms quickly
- Reliable transportation required for onsite attendance
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required
- Full-time, weekday shifts
- Onsite training required; remote work may be considered post-training
