Beerman Law is seeking an Experienced Family Law Paralegal with a proven background in discovery, financial analysis, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of paralegal experience, including at least one (1) year focused specifically in Family Law. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing complex cases in a fast-paced legal environment.

$75,000 - $95,000 yearly Responsibilities:
Draft and respond to all discovery requests, i.e. Request for Production of Documents, Matrimonial Interrogatories and Witness Disclosures. Prepare and file basic pleadings (Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, Petition for Temporary Support, Motion to Compel). Analyze asset/liability documents (bank accounts,
brokerage/retirement
accounts, tax returns, credit card statements) to compile income summaries and balance sheets. Utilize Family Law software to prepare financial affidavits and tax calculations. Draft detailed SCR 201(k) letters based on production index review. Prepare exhibits, exhibit lists, and trial binders. Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience, with at least 1 year in Family Law required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client interaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently with accuracy and efficiency. Strong proofreading and document review skills.
