Adecco is hiring an

Administrative Assistant

in New York NY. Here are the details:

· Shift: Mon - Friday 8am - 6pm

· Weekly paycheck

· Pay: $33.33/hr.

Responsibilities:

Heavy calendar management and scheduling for internal and external executives

Liaison with external agencies to coordinate meetings and events

Handle sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment

Communicate effectively with executives and line management to relay critical information

Process travel and entertainment expenses accurately and promptly (Concur experience a plus)

Provide support outside regular hours as needed, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in financial services; executive-level support preferred

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills

Professional and polished communication skills via phone and email

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive work ethic

Eagerness to learn and understand the business to operate independently

Experience with Concour

Pay Details:

$33.33 per hour
