Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Verify data into inventory through receivers prior to finalizing and following Inventory Functions:
- Exciting opportunity to be involved in all the office functions within our small team!
- Training will be provided for the candidate to have a rounded understanding of all processes.
- Candidate will work within small office team to interface with all departments including quality, manufacturing, scheduling, purchasing, and sales.
- Ideally this person will back up multiple positions from time to time assisting the team where needed.
- The various processes would include reviewing or entering paperwork such as the bill of lading, manufacturing production, invoicing, receiving information, and other as needed.
- Review and adjust Inventory material, Scrap material, warehouse locations and changes, cost changes, and others as needed.
- Cross trained to perform other related duties as assigned within the office.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Ability to communicate both oral and written effectively with both internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism & diplomacy to include telephone etiquette.
- Ability to interface effectively with all departments to foster a success-oriented, accountable organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
