Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinates internal and external meetings and events for facility and business partners (research, scheduling, catering, set up, etc.).
  • Handles incoming calls to the center, greets and directs visitors and guests of the facility, performs multiple public, vendor, and employee contact duties to ensure that proper destination is reached.
  • Researches, plans, and organizes details of multiple group meetings, luncheons, and events.
  • Calendar and email management of leaders.
  • Greets visitors and escorts them to the appropriate individual; assists with temporary badge distribution, sets up new ID Badges, and updates badge entry access settings.
  • Prepares accurate and professional presentations, spreadsheets, documents, and analytical reports as needed.
  • Maintains records, verifies accuracy, and generates miscellaneous reports.
  • Performs a variety of administrative duties to support the facility and employees.
  • Provides employee relations and internal customer service to promote positive relations throughout the site.
  • Assists HR department to coordinate candidate and employee matters.
  • Organizes travel plans and schedules meetings and appointments.
  • Submits and reconciles expense reports.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Productivity tools.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a work environment performing administrative, clerical, and receptionist duties.
  • Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school.
  • Knowledge acquired through 5 to up to 7 years of work experience.
