Insight Global is hiring: Data Analyst in Loveland

Overview

Insight Global is hiring five Master Data Analysts to support a major ERP transformation initiative for a leading manufacturing client in Loveland, Colorado. These 1-year contract roles (with strong potential for extension through October 2026) will be embedded within the Data Design team, supporting material management, material compliance, and internal manufacturing operations. Each analyst will be paired with a specific business area and serve as the first point of contact for field users submitting master data requests. The roles require on-site work in Loveland 3–4 days per week during a critical hypercare period following the ERP deployment on October 1st.

Base pay range: $38.00/hr - $44.00/hr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ServiceNow and shared inbox tasks for master data requests.
• Troubleshoot data issues and execute master data updates in SAP.
• Assist with data trackers, reporting, and mini-projects focused on data cleanup and standardization.
• Serve as the first point of contact for field users submitting master data requests within assigned business area.
• Collaborate closely with your designated team during a critical hypercare period following ERP deployment.

Required skills and experience

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical or operational support setting
• Strong data analytics background with experience investigating and resolving data issues
• Advanced Excel skills, including working with large or complex datasets
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities, especially when interacting with field users

Nice to have skills and experience

• Exposure to SAP and ServiceNow is preferred; training will be provided as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities
