Description

Supports the Business Development department by managing and analyzing data to provide actionable insights. This role is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, preparing reports, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making across teams. The analyst will work closely with sales and leadership teams to deliver customized reports and respond to data needs in a timely and accurate manner.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalency in a related discipline and at least two (2) years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong team attitude.
  • Works well independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) and other data analysis/reporting tools.
  • Experience with database management and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain data findings clearly to leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain sales databases and reporting systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in development and implementation of individual sales strategy.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and deliver reports and dashboards to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Support ad hoc data requests and create custom reports for executives and team members.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Explain data findings to leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Assist with forecasting and data modeling as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
