Job Overview
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Bookkeeper to support our Finance Manager and help keep our financial operations organized.
QuickBooks Online Advanced experience is required for this role. You'll be using it daily to enter financial data, post journal entries, and support reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
As a direct report to the Finance Manager, you'll assist with:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable Support: help pay bills and process customer payments
- Follow up on overdue payments
- Aid in creating and sending customer invoices
- Verify and process vendor invoices
- Aid in reconciling bank accounts and ensure transactions match records
- Enter transactions and financial data into QuickBooks Online Advanced
- Post journal entries and update accounts
- Help prepare financial reports and statements
- Assist with tax filings and audit documentation
- Respond to billing and payment inquiries from customers and vendors
- Organize and maintain financial records
- Provide basic administrative support to the Finance Manager
