Description
Responsible for accounts receivable, inventory, fixed assets, prepaids, and accruals accounting cycle. Assists in implementation of control systems.
What you will be responsible for
- Prepare customer billings in accordance with the respective contracts
- Apply fundamental concepts in the application of any judgments to relatively routine matters
- Support a wide scope of accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting and Intercompany/general reconciliations
- Assist management with deliverables to Corporate and external auditors on a quarterly and annual basis
- Provide accounting for the assigned organization entity or facility, verifying the accuracy of journal entries, budget and accounting classifications and charges to assigned accounts
- Perform such individual assignments as supervisors and superiors may direct; ensure adequate and continuous controls are exercised over all assigned activities affecting quality; establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department, the Corporation and the community; and maintain the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities
- Support monthly close process
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting from four-year college or university
- Zero (0) to three (3) years of experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Pursuing or possessing a CPA is a plus

Salary
The anticipated salary range for this position is $64,000 to $68,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
