The Digital Marketing Manager position is in our Cleveland office. This role is hybrid with work-from-home flexibility.

The Digital Marketing Manager plans, executes, and manages the firm\'s digital marketing campaigns in alignment with business development goals. This role requires technical expertise, creativity, design skills, and analytical thinking, along with adaptability to stay ahead of digital trends.

Essential Functions

  • Audits web content for consistency and freshness, ensures SEO/GEO best practices, remediates functionality issues with vendors, and assists with website redesign projects.
  • Creates and executes email marketing campaigns, including list management and performance tracking.
  • Produces and curates high-quality content such as videos, infographics, and social media posts, and builds creative assets through Canva and other design tools.
  • Monitors and analyzes digital performance using GA4 and Looker Studio, maintains trackers, and delivers reports with actionable insights.
  • Identifies areas for improvement in websites and digital campaigns to increase conversion rates.
  • Conducts experiments and A/B tests to inform data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Researches and analyzes competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Stays current on trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies while recommending improvements in functionality, user experience, and engagement.
  • Ensures all digital marketing activities comply with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Collaborates with team members to align and maintain cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Tests and experiments with new digital techniques and channels to optimize performance.
  • Segments target audiences by demographics, behaviors, and preferences to deliver personalized messages.

Qualifications

The Digital Marketing Manager should hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field and 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, social media management, Google Analytics, SEO/GEO strategies, and basic graphic and photo editing are desired. Effective communication, creativity, and organization are essential, along with the ability to learn new software quickly, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and exercise sound judgment when engaging online. The candidate should be team-oriented, flexible, and able to maintain discretion with sensitive information while upholding brand guidelines.
