Our client is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator as an intern or entry level opportunity to be in a hybrid environment in Waltham, MA.
Job Description:
This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their HR career and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. You’ll support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - completed or in process.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous HR internship or related office experience is a plus
