Our client is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator as an intern or entry level opportunity to be in a hybrid environment in Waltham, MA.

Job Description:

This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their HR career and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. You’ll support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - completed or in process.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous HR internship or related office experience is a plus
