Human Resources Manager

Our non-profit client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their growing organization. This role requires someone who can lead with integrity, build strong relationships, and ensure consistent HR practices across a large, multi-location organization.

This role is fully onsite in Salem, Oregon.

• Oversee HR operations, including employee relations, investigations, employee performance, and compliance with organizational policies and state labor laws.
• Manage HR systems and processes, including data accuracy, payroll records, reporting, and overall system performance.
• Support talent acquisition team with job description reviews, recruitment strategies, onboarding, and exit interviews.
• Administer compensation programs, conduct salary surveys, and ensure organizational pay equity and compliance.

Human Resources Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of HR leadership and management experience with proven knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and strong MS Office skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive issues professionally.
• Calm, reflective demeanor with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
