HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee human resources functions across multiple manufacturing sites in the Vancouver, WA area. This role will serve as the primary HR contact for all employees in a dynamic, high-volume production environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for three regional manufacturing sites, supporting 500–700 hourly employees.
- Lead and manage employee relations matters, including grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Partner closely with foremen and managers to provide coaching on compliance, performance management, and workplace policies.
- Develop and drive recruitment strategies and lead talent acquisition for operations-level roles.
- Track HR metrics, analyze trends, and maintain accurate documentation on personnel actions and position descriptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR generalist experience, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong expertise in employee relations with frontline labor or skilled trades teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive situations with diplomacy.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and ability to create and interpret HR dashboards and reports.
