Your tasks

  • Act as a central point of communication within assigned business and functional areas.
  • Implement end-to-end recruitment process, including:
  • Profile alignment and consulting with hiring manager
  • Job posting and advertising
  • Managing applicant tracking system
  • Liaising with 3rd party recruiters or leasing agencies
  • Attending job fairs, if available
  • Resume and phone screening interviewing
  • Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Arranging candidate travel (if needed)
  • Making a hiring and pay decision, with the hiring manager
  • Assisting in the preparation of an employment offer
  • Collecting pre-employment documentation and other requirements
  • Welcome and onboarding/orientation meetings
  • Oversees the onboarding process, including initiation of background checks and drug screens
  • New hire bundles
  • Preparing orientation schedules
  • Coordinating with key players in other departments
  • Delivers new hire HR orientation
  • Oversees the termination process to include creating separation letter, notifying relevant internal parties, ensuring all items are completed
  • Organizes training sessions as needed
  • First point of contact for Benefits Annual Enrollment which may include conducting annual presentations
  • Backup for the Time and Admin function
  • Processes additional payments (i.e., sales commissions, bonuses)
  • Assists with compensation and benefits
  • Gathers updated market data and benchmark reports on industry
  • Prepares and collates reports; supports the HRBP in analyses of HR KPI’s and their fulfillment by generating accurate, high-quality reports relating to hiring, sickness, attrition, diversity, etc.
  • Associate Engagement Activities: Supports local site events geared towards associate engagement

Your profile

  • _required: Knowledge of human resources management practices and US labor / employment law
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
  • Ability to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation, or federal/state law
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with financial and business acumen
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be a self-starter who is flexible to changing business demands; has a sense of urgency and works well under pressure
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Patience and professionalism
  • Keen ability to comprehend and analyze complex data sets
  • Preferred: Knowledge of SAP business system (preferred); Experience with SAP, Predictive Index (PI) or DISC and Korn Ferry 360° tool are helpful; Prior experience in a global environment
