Overview

The Recruiter plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for Flint Community Schools. This position supports the district’s strategic goals by developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, building strong relationships, and managing the full recruitment cycle. The Recruiter serves as a key partner to school leaders and staff, ensuring that all vacancies are filled with highly qualified candidates in a timely manner.

Salary & Benefits

Salary starting at $50,760.00 per year - offer based on education & experience.

Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. Employees shall be subject to the co-payment of health care costs equal to the difference between the premium cost and the annual cost limitation imposed on public employers.

Education

Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience

Minimum of two (2) years job-related experience in HR office or similar work with increasing level of responsibility required. Previous experience in recruitment preferred. Previous experience in public education, or school district administration preferred.
