The Systems/IT Business Analyst will assist with various projects and manage some of the work streams, serving as the liaison between the customer community and the software development team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between the customer community and the software development team via clearly documented functional, system and process requirements.
• Work with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases.
• Evaluate the information from multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client’s business requests and needs.
• Translate client needs into application and operational requirements.
• Lead projects or groups, requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree is required with a focus in IT in Business related fields (example Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare).
• Bachelor's degree is great to have but not required.
• Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
• Experience as a Systems Business Analyst.
• Understanding of how systems work.
• Any experience with EHR (electronic health records) and/or Revenue Cycle System is helpful but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
