Overview

Senior IT Technical Recruiter at New Age Technologies – this is a long-term contract for a Business Analyst role in Louisville, KY. Onsite 3+ days per week. Must live in the Louisville area and be willing to be onsite. Do not apply if you do not live in the Louisville area currently. No Corp to Corp, H1B visa and no sponsorship. No outside vendors. Do not call. Requires passing a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Serves as the liaison between the customer community and the software development team. Documents functional, system and process requirements clearly. Works with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases. Evaluates information from multiple sources to understand client business requests and translates them into application and operational requirements. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group. Systems/IT BA will assist with various projects and manage some work streams.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate’s degree with a focus in IT in business-related fields (e.g., Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare). Bachelor’s degree is helpful but not required.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Role is IT/Systems BA; understanding of how this works is required.
• Any experience with electronic health records (EHR) and/or Revenue Cycle Systems is helpful but not required.
• Hybrid position: must be available onsite a minimum of 3 days a week (may change to accommodate business needs).
