Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP to support process optimization, system enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization. This role acts as a key link between business teams and technical stakeholders to maximize ERP effectiveness.
Base pay range
$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Work with business units to capture operational needs and translate them into functional ERP requirements.
- Analyze and improve business processes using SyteLine capabilities.
- Configure SyteLine modules and provide ongoing user support.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process flows, and training materials.
- Create test cases and coordinate UAT to ensure system changes meet business needs.
- Assist with user training and support ERP adoption across departments.
- Partner with IT, finance, operations, and other teams to align ERP solutions with business objectives.
- Leverage SyteLine reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years as a Business Analyst, ideally in manufacturing or distribution.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial ERP.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, process mapping, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with SyteLine modules such as Inventory, Production, Order Management, and Financials.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Infor BI).
Compensation
Base pay range: $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr
