About the role: This position supports ERP-related business analysis across Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes and related ERP modules (financials, engineering, purchasing, inventory management, manufacturing operations, etc.).

Responsibilities

• ERP technical and functional skillset.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Understand the Order to Cash and Procure to Pay process flow and relationships within the ERP application.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend scalable solutions.
• Support testing, training, and rollout of new systems and processes.
• Maintain thorough documentation of auditable procedures, findings, and resolutions.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ERP systems and process mapping

Desired Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field
• SQL Reporting, SSRS, SQL Views and queries
• ERP Systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Experience with Epicor Kinetic BPMs, BAQs and Dashboards
• Background in manufacturing, finance, or supply chain domains
