Agility Partners is seeking qualified applicants to fill an open IT Business Analyst position. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing, global company that is an essential link that allows healthcare providers to reduce costs, improve operations and increase quality, so that they can offer better care to their patients. This person will work on a large, complex eCommerce platform. Interact with Project Managers from multiple organizations to track project progress, identify risks, communicate risks and status, and assess potential impacts to the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Conducting data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Leading cross-functional teams to implement and optimize business solutions.
• Ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with UI/front end project requirements
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus.
