The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is seeking a qualified individual as a Business Analyst. Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, you will understand academic and business operations, implement, monitor, maintain, and enhance functions of an organization; organize, coordinate, and schedule projects and work assignments to manage the integration and utilization of systems; analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing systems; develop test plans and strategies as a result of system changes. At-a-Glance Position Information

This recruitment will establish an eligibility list valid for 6 months and will be used to fill current and future vacancies.

Type of position: Full-Time - Monday - Friday

Salary: Range CL-48

$40.79 - $51.01 Hourly

$7,070 - $8,841 Monthly (based on 40 hours per week)

Initial Salary Placement: New employees start at Step A ($40.79 per hour) or B ($43.13 per hour) on the salary schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR equivalent.

Experience: Five years of increasing responsibility; relevant certification and public sector preferred.

Assessment Process
