Overview
We are seeking a highly responsive and empathetic Emergency Operator Call Center Representative to join our fast-paced emergency communications team. This role is critical in supporting urgent patient care by managing high-volume emergency calls, including Code Blue alerts and emergency dispatch coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume emergency calls and provide empathetic, accurate information to callers
- Coordinate emergency dispatch and Code Blue alerts as needed
- Support urgent patient care communications and escalation procedures
Must Haves
- 1 year of experience in a call center
- Customer Service Background
- Highly empathetic
Plusses
- Experience in healthcare or emergency call center
Compensation
Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $17.00/hr. This range is provided by Insight Global. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
