Overview
ProSidian Seeks a Senior Level Call Center Supervisor for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract near Charlotte, NC, supporting Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).
This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) role with potential to convert to a full-time W-2 position.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Senior Level Call Center Supervisor responsibilities for the COC0023022 engagement include managing staff, budgets, and operational strategy.
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements.
- Coordinate technology and system upgrades.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of contact/call center leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Skills: strategic planning, leadership, data analysis.
- Competencies: business acumen, adaptability, results orientation.
- Ancillary duties include overseeing vendor or outsourced partner relationships and leading disaster recovery planning for operations.
- Other details: may manage multi-site operations.
