*Job Overview:* We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Dental Associate, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, perform a variety of dental procedures, and build lasting relationships with our patients.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* *Patient Care:* Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and other general dentistry procedures.
* *Treatment Planning:* Develop and present treatment plans to patients, ensuring they understand their options and are involved in decision-making.
* *Patient Education:* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventative care, and the importance of regular dental visits.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with other dentists, dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver coordinated and effective patient care.
* *Record Keeping:* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
* *Professional Development:* Stay updated on the latest dental techniques, materials, and technology by attending continuing education courses and participating in professional organizations.
* *Compliance:* Adhere to all state and federal regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

*Qualifications:*

* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
* Current state dental license in good standing.
* Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures.
