Healthcare United is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well-established and rapidly growing orthopedic group in Central Florida . This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-volume, trauma-focused role with an experienced team and a clear path to partnership.
Job Description
Focused on Upper Extremity Orthopedics with an emphasis on:
Trauma-based cases
Fracture management
Some soft tissue procedures
Monday Friday work schedule with 1:6 shared call
Work within an established, thriving orthopedic practice
Strong clinical and administrative support team
Surgical privileges at both hospital systems and partner-owned ASC
Partnership opportunity with ownership potential in the Ambulatory Surgical Center
Licenses, dues, and continuing education expenses covered by employer
Requirements
Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified, Fellowship trained in Hand & Upper Extremity surgery
Proficient in managing trauma and fracture cases
A collaborative mindset and strong commitment to patient care
Doctorate in medicine from an accredited university required
Must hold US citizenship or permanent residency
Must obtain a Florida license
