Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide outpatient adult primary care, focusing on chronic disease management

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes

Additional Information
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an internal medicine or family medicine outpatient setting as a Nurse Practitioner
- Must hold a national certification; AHA versions of required certifications only
- Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Required board certifications: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Must be licensed to practice in California
- Candidates credentialed with KP SCAL may be eligible for an earlier start date
