Position Overview The Senior Retail Customer Service Lead is a key team member with in-depth knowledge of all store operations including print, signs & graphics, and shipping services. You will be pivotal in ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will encompass taking customer orders, coordinating store activities, offering pricing information, recommending suitable FedEx Office products and services, managing complex orders, and overseeing production processes. Key Responsibilities This role involves: Providing friendly, expert service to all customers. Ensuring efficient production flow and timely order completion. Tracking and managing all production jobs accurately. Taking lead responsibility in digital imaging and large job management. Setting up complex orders while multitasking effectively. Ensuring top-quality outputs during the production process. Facilitating communication and coordination among shifts. Leading team members during assigned shifts. Training and mentoring store associates. Organizing and collating customer orders. Handling financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. Following company policies and safety regulations diligently. Coordinating all shipping-related services provided at the store. Minimum Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A high school diploma or equivalent education. At least 2 years of relevant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Physical Requirements The role requires: Ability to stand for the entire shift. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 55 pounds. Ability to bend and twist during operational tasks. Effective communication with customers and team members. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Consistent focus and attention to detail.
