As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will be part of a growth‑oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. You will build long‑lasting, service‑focused client relationships by advising on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and return on investment using our proprietary analytics and reporting tools. You will prospect, study industry trends, and conduct effective product demonstrations to grow your client portfolio. We provide extensive classroom and field training to equip you with product and industry knowledge, and opportunities to develop skills in digital marketing and sales with internal experts. Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management – Build consultative relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and act as a trusted advisor on their marketing plans. Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales and close new business. Teamwork – Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue. Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, CRE, and market trends in your territory. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support, share market insights, and provide solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Travel – Build strong client relationships through regular in‑person meetings, which may require travel by car and outside your driving radius. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

– A completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is essential. Four or more years of successful full‑cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence or data & analytics. Demonstrated commitment to prior employers. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a focus on customer experience. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory completion of a Driving Record check prior to start. Preferred Qualifications

– Ability to build long‑term relationships with clients at a senior/C‑Suite level. Ability to analyze data, build reports, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics. Access to a vehicle prior to or by start date.
