As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company representing sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Your success will rely on building long-lasting, service-focused client relationships, advising on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy, and highlighting return on investment using our proprietary analytics and reporting tools. Day to day, you will leverage CoStar Group’s knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate industry to build your client portfolio by prospecting, studying industry trends and news, and conducting effective product demonstrations. We provide extensive classroom and field training to equip you with product and industry knowledge to build market credibility and career success, and you will learn digital marketing and sales skills by collaborating with internal experts. Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management – Use consultative sales methods to build client relationships, drive advertising revenue, and advise on strategic marketing plans. Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales and close new business. Teamwork – Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive revenue. Business Industry Acumen – Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, CRE trends, and your market territory. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding client support through regular, value-added communication, market insights, and solutions that help clients achieve goals. Travel – Build strong client relationships through in-person meetings, which may require travel by car and outside the driving radius of your office. Basic Qualifications

A completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. 4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management experience in B2B environments selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence or data & analytics. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a customer experience focus. Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Abstract check prior to start. Preferred Qualifications

Success in building long-term relationships with clients at senior/C-Suite levels. Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics. Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
